I really appreciated that jessicurl offers samples first. It feels like the right way to do things, honestly, not everyone should have to buy a full-size product just to find out if it works for their hair. The shipping was smooth, and the sample sizes gave me enough for a couple of uses, which was helpful.

I’m giving 4 stars only because I wish more options had been in stock when I placed my order. Still, overall it felt like a fair and thoughtful shopping experience, and I’d definitely consider ordering again.

My curls actually stayed looking good for once. I used the styling product after wash day, and a couple days later they still had some shape with just a quick refresh. It didn’t feel crunchy either, which I was kind of worried about. Overall, I’m really happy with it.
